The world is full of coaches and supervisors and we are all different. The important thing I think, is finding someone you resonate with and trust. I offer a free 45 minute discovery call for us to explore the possibility of working together and to give you the chance to feel into me as a possible collaborative partner on your journey. In the meantime, here’s a flavour of me:
THE HUMAN STUFF:
I have a big heart that glows love and warmth, and accepts all of whatever you bring
I have a playful side that dances and twinkles and helps you (f)uncover new pathways and insights
I have a strong creative streak (award winning songwriter) that invites you outside the box for inspiration and new perspectives
I’m encouraging yet lovingly challenging in support of your growth
I’m authentic and welcoming of your authenticity
I’m intuitive and insightful and see and feel beyond the words on the surface, helping you to uncover more in less time
I have a well-explored dark side that safely and lovingly holds space for your dark side and shadow exploration
I’m woo-as-f**k for those who want the room to express that side of themselves and be understood, but equally I won't impose my beliefs or world-views on you
THE QUALIFICATION STUFF:
I’m a qualified and certified coach: an ICF (International Coach Federation) ACC Associate Certified Coach, with an Accredited (ICF + AC) Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching. I also hold an Accredited Certificate in Group Coaching and Facilitation from Animas Centre for Coaching

THE EXPERIENCE STUFF:
I'm a Trainer at Animas Centre for Coaching, the UK’s #1 coaching school, where I’ve helped hundreds of coaches hone their craft and skill
I'm a Personal and Professional Development coach and visiting lecturer for MBA and Degree level students at Middlesex University.
I spent 10 years teaching music and holding space for suicidal teenagers in CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services), which fostered my ability to hold robust emotionally intense space, and my comfort with neurodiversity
I have trained with leading Tantra practitioners and alternative thought leaders including Barbara Carrellas, Dossie Easton, Raven Caldera, John Hawken and more ... and I worked as a Tantra facilitator/assistant alongside my partner Rebecca Lowrie, The Sexual Alchemist.
My biggest passion is helping people flourish, and I'd love you to find the help that's right for you. If you’re not feeling me as a potential partner in your explorations, here’s some other places to look:

TWYNING RIVER WALK
I love this walk for its wide open spaces and expansive views, and find it inspiring in all seasons. For me, the open perspective of the river and surrounding countryside helps me loosen and open any mindset perspectives that might be limiting me, and the straight walk up the river feels simple yet purposeful to my thinking process. There's rarely people here, so no need to feel self conscious when I put my hands in the air and expand my body and energy. And what better role model for smooth, gentle sustainable flow, than a river. That's my feeling and experience anyway. What might yours be?
One of the things I love about Overbury are the many different types of countryside a walk can take you through. From open fields, to orchards, to woodland, to hilltop lookouts, and all beautiful. I also love the fact there are lots of places to sit and reflect, from half finished barns to giant boulders scattered across woodland. Through it's varied scenery and eclectic perching spots, the countryside provides for a change of pace or texture in conversation, and in so doing I feel it can literally nourish and gently massage the flow of thinking and ideas. It's also one of those walks where at certain points you can see for miles, and there’s something I think about that expansive perspective that can open the mind. Oh, and the village itself is wow - the most picture postcard stone Cotswold village I’ve seen ... without the tourists!
