At their core, magic sessions a unique type of energy work that allows your ‘system’ (mind, body, spirit) to work with me at a depth beyond what conventional coaching, conversation or the mind can access. This energy aspect combined with an incredibly deep and loving space for darkness and shadow - all with a strong connection to spirt - makes amazing things possible!

YOUR UNIQUE JOURNEY
Magic sessions are always bespoke. In coaching and supervision we use the term ‘client led’, meaning you the client always chooses what they want to work on and how they want to get there. The same applies with magic sessions, in that you can bring whatever feels important for your growth.
In magic sessions I also use the term ‘system led’, meaning even if your mind isn’t sure where to start or even what to look at, your system always knows, and I can tune into that knowing and follow its lead.
Even if you have an idea of what you want to work on, I am always collaborating with your system and doing what it asks me to do in service of the issue/topic/desired outcome you bought with you. Therefore I will never clear energy that doesn’t want to be cleared, or go off exploring something that my mind finds interesting but which isn’t what your system wants or indeed needs.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO
90 MINUTE SESSION - £250
90 minutes to explore whatever you wish to bring to a session, be it a particular challenge, goal, abstract feeling, or sense of something that you want to unravel.
A spacious container that gives us room to go deep, with plenty of time for the movement of energy, emotion, and spirit. Plus the freedom and flexibility to drop by for a session whenever you feel called to.

3 MONTH JOURNEY
6X 90-MINUTE SESSIONS - £1440
When the change you want is beyond the scope of a single session, booking a journey of sessions is a potent and empowering way of committing to and achieving that change.
It allows the work we do to deepen and evolve you in multiple ways across multiple levels over time, whilst providing a supportive container for you to lean into across the months.

BESPOKE PACKAGE
FROM 4 TO 10 SESSIONS @£240 PER SESSION
Together we feel into the number of sessions we think will support the work and evolution you have in mind, and create a bespoke container to match.
A package (as compared to a string of pay-as-you-go sessions) creates a container for the work, the sense of a supported journey, and galvanises the personal commitment that helps ignite change.
