Deep, Dark and Divine sessions are a journey into the miracle of you.
With an incredibly refined attunement to energy, I 'look' into your mind/body/spirit and see and feel you as you have never been seen and felt before. Your emotions, the way you see the world, your patterns, your blindspots, your genius, your soul, your everything (that you are open to me seeing). YOU!
The parts you know, and the parts you don't yet know.
The gifts you're aware of, and the gifts you've yet to discover.
It's profound, extremely affirming, and allows you to connect with and grow into more of yourself that you ever imagined.
And it goes beyond discovery, revelation, and affirmation - into profound evolution across many levels of mind, body, heart, spirit.
Sessions can include clearing (including trauma), healing, insight, re-patterning, activation (of your own energy system and unique magic), channelling, transmissions, and more.
Along the way, reflective pit-stops of coaching (and occasionally mentoring) support your processing, integration, and application.
And it's all wrapped in a container of extremely robust, experienced, and considerate space holding, with radical acceptance, confidentiality, and love.

It allows the work we do to deepen and evolve you in multiple ways across multiple levels over time, whilst providing a supportive container for you to lean into across the months.

FROM 4 TO 10 SESSIONS @£240 PER SESSION
Together we feel into the number of sessions we think will support the work and evolution you have in mind, and create a bespoke container to match.
A package (as compared to a string of pay-as-you-go sessions) creates a container for the work, the sense of a supported journey, and galvanises the personal commitment that helps ignite change.

90 MINUTE SESSION - £250
90 minutes to explore whatever you wish to bring to a session, be it a particular challenge, goal, abstract feeling, or sense of something that you want to unravel.
A spacious container that gives us room to go deep, with plenty of time for the movement of energy, emotion, and spirit. Plus the freedom and flexibility to drop by for a session whenever you feel called to.
